    "Where to begin... First, this was my first home buying experience. After my first home tour, I met Derek who was kind, knowledgeable, and communicative. We got along well as we initially connected based on our Midwestern roots. He made sure to keep me updated about when deadlines or any paperwork that needed to be completed/signed. During escrow, I had a horrible experience with my mortgage lender and my loan situation was unique, so not everyone may go through the trouble that I did, but Derek was able to coordinate with all of the varying parties and guided me through the arduous loan process. He remained patient, professional, and most of all transparent throughout the entire home buying experience and I could not have asked for a better agent. I would highly recommend Derek as a realtor to anyone interested in buying a home!"
